The client, Gilman Performance Systems, is a leader in the Human Resources of 360 review, hiring, and many other areas. This was a port of their existing application, 'Successful Interviewing Selection,' with many bells and whistles added. Role-based ACL, reporting, and custom generation of Microsoft Word documents, including interview questionnaires and interview selction criteria, right down to the ranking of applicants and their interview sessions. Problem Definition:
How "to coordinate, track, manage, and best of all, save time on your entire interview and selection process." Approach:
Full application and graphic design, staging maintenance and feature additions over the years.
